ACCREDITED DEGREE PROGRAMS
ACCA TO DEGREE ADMISSION
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants. They aim to offer business-relevant, first-choice qualifications to people of application, ability and ambition around the world who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.
HND TO DEGREE ADMISSION
Holders of the Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited institution can join the SMU Degree Completion Program (DCP), which allows them to complete their bachelor’s degree in one academic year, studying either on-campus or online. The DCP is available to students in various fields ranging from business to engineering.
REGISTERED NURSE TO BACHELOR’S DEGREE
State Registered Nurses who have completed three years of studies in Cameroon or other similarly trained nurses without a Bachelor’s degree can engage in a one-year program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from SMU. These programs can either be completed on-campus or online.

SMU Online offers individual courses, short certificate and diploma programs, degree completion programs, and complete degree programs through our Virtual Learning Platform (VLP).
SAINT MONICA VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TRAINING
The Saint Monica Vocational Training Center (SMVTC) has a separate identity from Saint Monica University Institute, although both are owned by the same foundation, Saint Monica Foundation, which is a non-profit organization based in Buea, Cameroon. SMVTC is a post-secondary vocational institution authorized to operate in Cameroon by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. It has partnered with the Academy for International Science and Research (AISR), based in Derry, Northern Ireland, to offer UK qualifications in Cameroon. Our campus is also located inside of Saint Monica University Institute in Bulu, Buea, Cameroon.
