Our clubs are a place of friendship, personal growth, career development and university inclusiveness. They give students skills and talents that they are not able to learn or develop through normal third-level education.
Physical activity can enhance students’ self-perceptions of body, competence and self-worth. Organized sports participation may aid in the development of physical skills, such as hand-eye coordination; functional movement skills and strength; and academic, self-regulatory, and general life skills. Active students show greater improved academic achievement, including grades, and standardized test scores.

Choosing to become a student at St. Monica University Higher Institute (SMUHI) is your first requirement to participate in any club activity of your choice. After gaining admission, you will have to register under any of the available clubs on campus and that is all.
